The Regon R1 is a firewood processor which can split wood with a maximum diameter of 30 cm. This machine has been developed and produced in Finland by a team of experts who have several years of experience with firewood processors. The Regon is built to ensure that producing will be easy, quick and problem free. The Regon can be operated through one handle. An automatic keystroke ensures that the logs will have the desired length. The output conveyor is powered hydraulically and the speed is adjustable. The machine has a three-point connection which makes it easy to move it with a tractor. The Regon R1 is available in several models: either with a hydraulic-, PTO- or a 400 volt power flow as actuator. Consequently, the R1 is obtainable with a wheelset with tow bar, lighting and 13 HP B&S petrol engine. The complete weight of the machine is less than 750 kg, thus a license plate is not necessary in the Netherlands.
The Regon R2 is the big brother of the R1: it has the same basics, but can split up to 38 cm. The R2 has an extra hydraulic inputroller, the saw handle is hydraulically ratified and can be enlarged with an 8-piece splitting knife. It offers a choice between either 400 volt or a PTO driving.
